The staff was incredibly nice - I would like to come again. Everything was good, it had very good wifi, nothing too much trouble. My double room was trendy with a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and multi-channel TV. The location was marvellous, close to "hop on hop off bus stop!

I loved the fact that we were just a few steps from the vibrant Bom Sucesso Market with an amazing selection of food and drink options. It was also only about a 15-minute stroll to the fine Jardins do Palacio de Cristal that offered beautiful views and perfect spots to relax after a day of exploration.

The bar was great, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby Mercado do Bom Sucesso for delicious food. We also took a trip to the Synagogue Kadoorie Mekor Haim, and the guided tour was very informative. The location is convenient, and the super nice team. Great value for our group vacation!
The only downside was the noise from nearby entertainment. It could be disruptive if you're trying to sleep early.
